Every translation can be either Ordinary or Sworn based on your needs, and in the latter case, a Digitally-Signed soft-copy may be requested in addition to traditional hard-copy.

How to Request a Translation
- Quotation requests: Contact me either by email (traductora@marialopezcontreras.com), by phone at +34 619 107 637 (Whatsapp), or via the contact form on my website.
- Quote: Once the file (Word, pdf, PowerPoint, jpg, etc.) has been received, an estimate is made of the number of words in the document. Then, the appropriate rate will be applied based on whether an ordinary or sworn translation is needed, and the file format -i.e. whether the source document is editable or not and, in the latter case, the complexity of the format to be ‘replicated’ in the target document.
- How will you receive your translation? Translations are delivered in electronic format and, in the case of sworn translations, on hard copy and/or on digitally-signed soft copy.
- How long does it take to have a translation? It will depend on the size and format of the document, and an estimate may be given together with the quote. I will be happy to meet the most demanding deadlines, the only condition being that quality is not impaired as a result.
